Frequent questions.
I am an old customer. Have you kept my earned points?
Yes, we have kept and exchanged all past purchases from customers exceeding 50€ in total spend.
Can I immediately use my points after registering with you?
All new signups receive 150 points which can be redeemed immediately on the first purchase.
Why my points don't show up in my account?
There may be many reasons for that. First of all hit the refresh button on your browser. If that doesn’t help, then consider whether you have registered with a new account, or have used up all your points. Remember: Points are earned only on successful purchases!
Where is my Loyalty discount coupon?
You can find your permanent discount coupon in the “Coupons” tab under “My Rewards” section. You need to place at least one successful order for it to show up. Old customers whose past orders were turned into points and already reached a certain Loyalty tier must also place one new order for this discount to permanent take place.
Which payment methods count for points earned?
Every payment method! However, paying by bank transfer does not immediately grant you points, until the order is marked as “complete”.
Can you combine the points from my 2 accounts?
No, we cannot combine earned points or loyalty levels! Make sure you use the same account when purchasing with us in order to keep your earned points in one place!
Can you add points to my account from email orders?
No, the loyalty and rewards program only works for online orders. We accept emails only for bulk orders (>5kgs/fragrance) which inherently have a 10% discount.
How does the referral program work?
Login to your account and under the “Points & Rewards” tab you can find your personal link which you can share with a friend to earn 350 points each. The points are granted to both after their first successful purchase. You can refer up to 5 friends.
How does the loyalty program work?
There are 7 levels of loyalty which are earned upon reaching a specific number of points. Every purchase counts towards this thresshold and once reaching a level you cannot go below. Each level grants you an ever increasing discount which can be redeemed as a coupon.
How can I earn points for my product reviews?
You will have to login first so that the system can recognize you! Only products you have already purchased are eligible for a review. Points are granted after approval of the review so please make them useful to other customers and not spammy!
Can I combine my points and loyalty discount to my order?
Yes, you can redeem both your earned points from past orders and you current loyalty discount at checkout. Remember that you will have to copy the discount code on your Account page and paste it into the coupon checkout field.
I forgot to redeem my points in my last order, can you do that for me?
No, we cannot. Your account is private and we cannot tamper with your personal information – points included. You will have to cancel your order and make a new one.
