Do you sell wholesale?
We are a B2B company. All prices listed are wholesale.
Do you only serve companies?
We serve companies and individuals alike, no matter how big or small the order.
Is there a minimum amount of order?
Yes, there is a minimum of only 100g total order weight and that is to ensure proper packaging.
Is there a discount for extra large orders?
No, all prices are final.
Do you offer free shipping for orders of certain amount?
No, we are not a retail store.
Can you send me some samples before buying?
All our fragrance oils come in various volumes. The 25g are considered as samples. You can buy those before making a larger order.
How do you process taxes in your orders?
If you are a VAT-registered business, you will not pay sales tax/VAT as long as you correctly enter your VAT number at checkout. If you do not enter a valid VAT number the system will recognize the purchase as retail and charge 24% sales tax.
Why the VAT charge is not deducted when I enter my VAT-Id?
We use the VIES system which cross references your VAT num with your physical address. If you are eligible for a VAT exempt then it will return with a 0% VAT. If you have made VAT exempt intra-EU transactions in the past, then please check that the billing address you are entering is correct. Where do you source your fragrances?
The fragrance compounds we use and fragrances we supply are sourced from 6 of the most well known olfactory manufacturers in Europe.
Do you sell dupes/fragrance types?
No we do not and any product name which may bear similarity to a commercial perfume should not be confused as a dupe or type
Do you offer bespoke fragrance services?
No, as of Jan 31st 2023 we have stopped receiving requests for bespoke fragrance creations to better focus on our own formulas.

How many days would it take to process my order?
Low volume orders (less than 1kg per fragrance) are usually processed in 1-3 working days. Orders exceeding 2kgs per fragrance lead times may be raised up to 8 weeks depending on our current stock, though it is very uncommon and we will notify you with an email for that. How do you handle packaging?
All fragrances are carefully poured in plastic amber bottles with safety screw caps. They are wraped individualy or in pairs with bubble wrap.
Where do you ship from?
We are based in Greece and ship from Thessaloniki.
What shipping methods do you use?
There are 3 options for shipping, depending on your country and total order weight. The most affordable is via Postal Service. There are 2 other options which include courier standard and courier express. Orders exceeding 10kgs are sent automatically with DHL or UPS. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for further info.
How long it takes for delivery?
Domestic orders (Greece) estimated delivery is 1-3 days.
For most European destinations estimated delivery is 5-9 days if you select “Courier Standard” and 2-3 days if you select “Courier Express”.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated on total weight and destination at checkout. Domestic rates (Greece) start at 4,00€. Rates for Balkan countries start at 12,50€. Rates for the rest of Europe start at 9,00€. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for further info.
Important: The aforementioned prices are indicative and represent an average starting price given by our courier associates.
Do you enclose legal documents?
We do not enclose any documents to any purchase apart from the purchase receipt/invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to download and keep a copy of the SDS & IFRA documents we share on our website and provide to whomever asks of them. You can find all related documents for each fragrance in the “related documents” tab next to the product description.
How do you handle customs?
We are not in a position to know each country’s individual regulations. Please refer to your local authorities for the matter.
Do you accept returns?
No, all sales are final. We can only reimburse for any damaged goods you received or issue a credit note in case some items are missing from your order.
Are your fragrances parabens-free?
Yes they are.
Are your fragrances phtalates-free?
Yes they are.
Are your fragrances vegan?
Yes they are.
