We serve both businesses and private individuals.

Business customers purchasing for professional purposes are subject to our commercial terms. Private individuals purchasing for personal purposes are treated as consumers where applicable under law.

VAT treatment is determined separately according to the customer’s status, VAT registration and delivery destination.

You can visit our warehouse at Ethnikis Antistaseos 52, Thessaloniki 56123, Greece (MO-FR 8:00-16:00) if you want to sample or buy our fragrances.

We are based in Greece and ship from Thessaloniki.

Yes, there is a minimum of only 100g in net total order and that is to ensure proper packaging.

We ship all EU and non-EU orders with UPS. Cyprus and domestic with ACS or UPS. For further info please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.

Shipping cost is calculated on total weight and destination at checkout. Domestic rates (Greece) start at 4,00€. Rates for European destinations start at 9,80€. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for further info.

Domestic orders (Greece) estimated delivery is 1-3 days. For most European destinations estimated delivery is 5-12 days if you select “UPS Standard” and 2-4 days if you select “UPS Saver” (Express). For further info please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.

No, we are not a retail store.

Standard online orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, current production workload and order size.

Bulk orders of 5 kg or more per fragrance code are handled separately and typically require 2–8 weeks for production.

UPS Saver affects carrier transit time after dispatch only and does not provide priority processing or production.

Yes. Bulk pricing applies per fragrance code starting from quantities of 5kg/fragrance code.

Bulk orders are accepted in 5 kg increments per fragrance code (5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, etc.). Quantities from different fragrance codes are not combined to reach a bulk discount threshold.

All our fragrance oils come in various volumes. The 10g are considered as testers. You can buy those before making a larger order.

VAT is applied according to the applicable tax rules based on the customer’s status and delivery destination.

Eligible EU business customers outside Greece with a valid VAT number may qualify for VAT-free intra-EU supply where the applicable conditions are met. If VAT-free treatment cannot be validated, VAT will be charged as required by law.

For deliveries outside the EU, EU VAT may not apply; however, local import VAT, duties and customs charges may be payable by the recipient.

VAT-free intra-EU treatment is applied only where the VAT number and transaction meet the applicable legal requirements.

If VAT is not removed at checkout, please first check that your VAT number and billing details have been entered correctly. A valid VAT number does not by itself guarantee VAT-free treatment in every transaction.

Tax treatment also depends on the delivery destination and the circumstances of the sale. Where VAT-free treatment cannot be validated, VAT will be charged as required by law.

Please note that tax processing is based on shipping destination. If your billing info is based on a tax-free non-EU country and you provide shipping details to a tax-charged EU country, you are legaly oblidged to pay VAT.

All fragrances are carefully poured in plastic amber bottles with safety screw caps. They are wraped individualy or in pairs with bubble wrap.

We are not in a position to know each country’s individual regulations. Please refer to your local authorities for the matter.

Business orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges after dispatch. Opened fragrance oils, perfume oils, essential oils, aroma molecules and other chemical mixtures are non-returnable.

If Goods arrive damaged, incomplete or objectively non-conforming, please contact us promptly with your order number, batch information and supporting evidence so the claim can be assessed under our Terms & Conditions.

Consumers retain only those withdrawal and conformity rights required by applicable law.

Our fragrances can be used in candles and wax melts, in reed diffusers, electronic nebulizers, waterless diffusers, in room sprays, pillow sprays and room mists, in liquid and solid soaps, body and hair lotions and creams, personal perfumes as well as deteregents.

The only exception in application is lip balms and lip sticks.

No. Our fragrance oils, perfume oils and essential oils are raw materials intended for manufacturers, artisans, and formulators. They are not finished perfumes and are not designed for direct consumer use without further formulation.

It depends on the device, “diffuser” covers several genuinely different mechanisms and each has its own rules. A few water-based devices (some ultrasonic and heated models) are designed to accept a few drops of fragrance oil directly in the water tank, but this isn’t universal, always check what your specific device’s manual permits before adding oil to a water reservoir.

For cold-air / waterless diffuser systems, our entire range can be supplied as a made-to-order preparation for EU VAT-registered businesses, prepared as a 50% fragrance oil / 50% IPM blend, minimum order quantity 1kg per fragrance. Yes, some customers use fragrance oils as part of their perfume formulations. Most of our fragrances are developed for applications such as candles, soaps, cosmetics and home fragrance products, so anyone wishing to use them in perfumery should carry out their own formulation work, testing, and regulatory checks.

Our Inspired By collection, is specifically designed with perfumery in mind and can be used to create alcohol-based perfumes, or by further experimenting with the formula to create your own personal variations.

No. We supply fragrance oils as raw ingredients intended for manufacturers and formulators. Our products are not finished retail goods and are not supplied without labeling or documentation. If you plan to create a finished product such as diffuser oils, candles, or cosmetics, the final formulation, labeling, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

No. Our catalogue consists of ready-made fragrance oils selected from established fragrance manufacturers. At this time we do not offer custom fragrance development services.

Yes they are. This substance is long gone from all fragrances these days.

Our fragrance oils do not contain phthalates as defined by current cosmetic and environmental safety standards. Some products may contain high-purity esters used for optimal stability and performance, which are non-phthalate materials.

Our fragrance oils are not classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic to reproduction under CLP. However, like many complex fragrance compositions, some may contain low concentrations of individual substances carrying a Category 2 CMR classification. These are present below the concentration thresholds that would trigger CMR classification of the fragrance oil itself.

When a fragrance oil is incorporated into a finished formulation, these substances are diluted further. Classification and labelling requirements must nevertheless always be assessed on the complete finished formulation and its intended use. Please refer to the individual product SDS for detailed hazard information.

Yes, our fragrance oils are vegan and cruelty-free. They are composed of synthetic or plant-derived ingredients and do not contain any animal-derived materials. All our manufactures are located in the EU and operate under the EU regulation 1223/2009 which bans animal testing for cosmetic finished products and their ingredients (aromatic materials).

Not necessarily. The final scent can vary depending on the base material, curing time, temperature, and the environment in which the product is used. We always recommend testing a small quantity before committing to larger production.

We can only provide general reccomendation of usage rates. The appropriate percentage depends on the base, formulation method, and desired scent strength. All customers are responsible for performing their own testing to determine the optimal concentration for their product.

Regulatory documents are not normally enclosed with shipments.

Product-specific SDS, IFRA Certificates and Allergen Declarations are available electronically through the relevant product page or our Documents Library. Certificates of Analysis may be provided on request where available or applicable.

These documents apply to the fragrance material as supplied by Perfumedom. We do not provide CPSR, PIF documentation, finished-product safety assessments, bespoke regulatory declarations, assessor-specific questionnaires, arbitrary certifications, proprietary fragrance formulae or full confidential compositions.

Customers are responsible for downloading and retaining the documents required for their own regulatory and business records.

No. A UFI assigned by Perfumedom applies only to the specific fragrance mixture as supplied by us. It must not be used, copied or represented as the UFI of your own finished product or downstream formulation.

If your finished mixture requires a UFI or Poison Centre Notification, you are responsible for creating and submitting the appropriate notification for that finished mixture under your own regulatory responsibility.

Use our free online CLP Tool. Select the fragrance oil and enter the concentration used in your finished formulation. The tool calculates the resulting CLP classification and label information based on the available product data and the information you provide.

The output is a technical assistance tool and must be reviewed against your complete formulation, packaging size, intended market and any other applicable regulatory requirements before the product is placed on the market. Final classification and labelling responsibility remains with the manufacturer or supplier of the finished mixture.

We provide the current SDS for the fragrance material as supplied by Perfumedom. We do not issue SDS documents for customer-selected concentrations or finished formulations.

Once a fragrance oil is mixed with wax, alcohol, diffuser base, soap base or any other material, a new mixture is created. The manufacturer or supplier of that finished mixture is responsible for its classification, SDS where required, CLP labelling, UFI/PCN obligations and overall regulatory compliance.

Any Perfumedom digital tool used to assist with these calculations or documents is a technical support tool only. Final verification and regulatory responsibility remain with the manufacturer or supplier of the finished mixture.
