Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Where you legally qualify as a Consumer and a statutory distance-contract withdrawal right applies, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the legally applicable delivery date, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.
Certain fragrance oils, perfume oils, essential oils, aroma molecules and other chemical mixtures are supplied with a tamper-evident or first-opening closure to protect product integrity. Where the statutory exception for sealed goods not suitable for return for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons applies, the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right ceases once that seal or protected closure has been broken after delivery.
Business purchases do not benefit from a statutory consumer change-of-mind withdrawal right. Customer status is determined by the actual purpose of the transaction and applicable law.
How to withdraw
- Notify us within the applicable withdrawal period by sending an unequivocal statement to sales@perfumedom.com. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but use of the form is not mandatory.
- Where the Goods are legally eligible for return, follow the return instructions provided by us. The direct cost of return is borne by you where permitted by applicable law.
- Do not return an opened chemical mixture unless we expressly instruct you to do so.
Refunds, return conditions, opened-Goods restrictions and any applicable statutory exceptions are governed by our Terms & Conditions, Sections 18, 20 and 21.

Complete and return this form only if you purchased as a consumer (non VAT registered business) and wish to withdraw from the contract. The goods must remain fully sealed and unopened.
