We are a B2B SUPPLIER. All prices listed are wholesale.

We serve companies and individuals alike, no matter how big or small the order. With that being said, orders by private customers are legally treated as commercial orders and bound to B2B terms of sales.

You can visit our warehouse at Ethnikis Antistaseos 52, Thessaloniki 56123, Greece (MO-FR 8:00-16:00) if you want to sample or buy our fragrances.

We are based in Greece and ship from Thessaloniki.

Yes, there is a minimum of only 100g in net total order and that is to ensure proper packaging.

We ship all EU and non-EU orders with UPS. Cyprus and domestic with ACS or UPS. For further info please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.

Shipping cost is calculated on total weight and destination at checkout. Domestic rates (Greece) start at 4,00€. Rates for European destinations start at 9,80€. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for further info.

Domestic orders (Greece) estimated delivery is 1-3 days. For most European destinations estimated delivery is 5-12 days if you select “UPS Standard” and 2-4 days if you select “UPS Saver” (Express). For further info please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.

No, we are not a retail store.

Low volume orders (less than 1kg per fragrance) are usually processed in 1-3 working days. Bulk orders (>5kg per fragrance) are handled in a separate production which varies from 3 to 7 weeks. Contact us for bulk prices and shipping quota.

There is a 10% discount per kg on bulk orders of 5kgs/fragrance and above.

Conditions:

1. Bulk orders have a lead time of minimum 2 weeks up to 8 weeks. We will inform you accordingly.
2. Bulk orders ship in 5lt canisters and they must be placed in multipliers of 5. (ex. 5kgs, 10kgs etc).
3. Bulk orders are being processed separately from our system thus they must be sent via e-mail.
4. Bulk orders require prepayment by bank transfer after we issue a proforma invoice with shipping quote.

For orders less than 4kgs/fragrance you can use our website which is stock regulated and automatically calculates shipping.

All our fragrance oils come in various volumes. The 10g are considered as testers. You can buy those before making a larger order.

If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU (exc. Greece), you will not pay sales tax/VAT as long as you correctly enter your VAT number at checkout. If you do not enter a valid VAT number the system will recognize the purchase as retail and charge 24% sales tax. Non-EU private or legal entities are excluded of tax.

We use the VIES system which cross references your VAT num with your physical address. If you are eligible for a VAT exempt then it will return with a 0% VAT. If you have made VAT exempt intra-EU transactions in the past, then please check that the billing address you are entering is correct. For more information please visit: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/. Please note that tax processing is based on shipping destination. If your billing info is based on a tax-free non-EU country and you provide shipping details to a tax-charged EU country, you are legaly oblidged to pay VAT.

All fragrances are carefully poured in plastic amber bottles with safety screw caps. They are wraped individualy or in pairs with bubble wrap.

We are not in a position to know each country’s individual regulations. Please refer to your local authorities for the matter.

No, all sales are final. We can only reimburse for any damaged goods you received or issue a credit note in case some items are missing from your order.

Our fragrances can be used in candles and wax melts, in reed diffusers, electronic nebulizers, waterless diffusers, in room sprays, pillow sprays and room mists, in liquid and solid soaps, body and hair lotions and creams, personal perfumes as well as deteregents.

The only exception in application is lip balms and lip sticks.

Our fragrance oils can be used in water-based diffusers (such as ultrasonic or heated diffusers) where a few drops are added to a water tank.

However, they are not supplied as ready-made diffuser oil blends and are not specifically formulated for waterless, cold-air, or nebulizing diffusers that spray the oil directly. Customers who intend to use fragrances in these devices are responsible for testing compatibility and preparing their own finished formulation if required.

Yes, some customers use fragrance oils as part of their perfume formulations. Most of our fragrances are developed for applications such as candles, soaps, cosmetics and home fragrance products, so anyone wishing to use them in perfumery should carry out their own formulation work, testing, and regulatory checks.

Our Inspired By collection, however, is specifically designed with perfumery in mind and can be used to create alcohol-based perfumes by simply diluting the concentrate in perfumer’s alcohol, or by further experimenting with the formula to create your own personal variation.

No. We supply fragrance oils as raw ingredients intended for manufacturers and formulators. Our products are not finished retail goods and are not supplied without labeling or documentation. If you plan to create a finished product such as diffuser oils, candles, or cosmetics, the final formulation, labeling, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

No. Our catalogue consists of ready-made fragrance oils selected from established fragrance manufacturers. At this time we do not offer custom fragrance development services.

Yes they are. This substance is long gone from all fragrances these days.

Our fragrance oils do not contain phthalates as defined by current cosmetic and environmental safety standards. Some products may contain high-purity esters used for optimal stability and performance, which are non-phthalate materials.

Yes, our fragrance oils are vegan and cruelty-free. They are composed of synthetic or plant-derived ingredients and do not contain any animal-derived materials. Our suppliers operate under EU regulations, which strictly prohibit animal testing on both finished products and ingredients.

Not necessarily. The final scent can vary depending on the base material, curing time, temperature, and the environment in which the product is used. We always recommend testing a small quantity before committing to larger production.

We can only provide general reccomendation of usage rates. The appropriate percentage depends on the base, formulation method, and desired scent strength. All customers are responsible for performing their own testing to determine the optimal concentration for their product.

We do not enclose any documents to any purchase apart from the purchase receipt/invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to download and keep a copy of the SDS & IFRA files we share on each product page situated in the “Related Documents” tab underneath the product description. CoA documents are provided upon request.

No. The documentation we provide applies only to the fragrance oil as supplied. Finished products require their own regulatory assessment, labeling, and in some cases a new UFI and PCN notification. The manufacturer of the final product is responsible for compliance.
