Perfumedom supplies fragrance materials from stock as well as through separate bulk production. Processing times depend on order size, product availability and current production workload.
Processing
Standard online orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Processing may occasionally take longer during periods of high demand, where an order contains a large number of products, or where stock availability or production scheduling requires additional time.
All processing and dispatch times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed by us in writing.
Bulk orders of 5 kg or more per fragrance code are handled separately and typically require 2–8 weeks for production. Actual lead time depends on the specific fragrance, quantity, raw-material availability and current production schedule.

Express shipping does not mean express processing
Selecting UPS Saver or another expedited shipping service does not prioritise production, filling or order processing.
Express shipping affects carrier transit time after dispatch only. All orders enter our normal processing and production queue regardless of the shipping service selected.
Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout or provided by our carriers are estimates only. Transit may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier workload, weather, cross-border procedures, customs, public holidays and local delivery conditions.
For Business Customers, estimated processing, dispatch or delivery times do not constitute guaranteed deadlines and delays do not give rise to compensation, penalties or cancellation rights unless expressly agreed by Perfumedom in writing.
Mandatory Consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.
