Wholesale Fragrance Oils

This catalogue presents a separate selection of wholesale fragrance oils developed specifically for home-care manufacturing. The fragrances listed here are intended only for home care applications such as candles, reed diffusers and room sprays, and are not designed for personal-care products, like perfumes, soaps or cosmetics.
Our wholesale fragrance oils collection includes gourmand, floral, fruity, woody and aromatic compositions, organised into annual editions. These fragrances are available only through this wholesale catalogue and are not listed in our standard online shop. Each entry provides key scent notes, relevant IFRA usage limits and quantity-based pricing for professional manufacturers.
Wholesale orders start at 5 kg per fragrance, in increments of 5 kg, with two pricing tiers: 5–20 kg and 25 kg or more. All fragrances in this collection are made-to-order and have a 3 week production lead time, excluding dispatch and transit. Prices are quoted per kilogram, excluding VAT and shipping. Orders are handled individually through proforma invoices.
Businesses wishing to evaluate these fragrances before placing bulk orders may request a Wholesale Sample Kit containing 8 different 10g samples for €60, excluding shipping and applicable VAT. Wholesale supply and sample requests are restricted to verified businesses in the countries listed in the enquiry form.

Select exactly 8 fragrances from the catalogue. Business customers only. Shipping and applicable VAT are confirmed in the proforma before payment.
Wholesale Pre-Order Request
Select fragrance codes and quantities. Minimum 5 kg per fragrance, in 5 kg increments (maximum 200 kg per fragrance). Production lead time: 3 weeks, excluding dispatch and transit.
Wholesale ordering questions
Who can order from the wholesale catalogue?
Registered businesses. Business and tax details are checked manually before a proforma is issued. Individuals should use our standard online catalogue.
What is the minimum wholesale quantity?
5 kg per fragrance, ordered in 5 kg increments. The starting price shown applies to the 25+ kg tier for that fragrance.
Can I request fewer than eight samples?
No. Each kit contains exactly 8 different fragrances, 10 g each, for €60.00 excluding VAT and shipping.
How do I place a bulk order?
Use the Wholesale Pre-Order tab to select your fragrance codes and quantities, then request a proforma invoice. Production takes three weeks, excluding dispatch and transit.
Which countries do you ship to?
We supply only to countries listed in the Country dropdown of the wholesale request forms.
Are the IFRA percentages recommended usage rates?
No. They are maximum fragrance concentrations for the stated IFRA applications. The finished formulation still requires testing and its own compliance assessment.
