Perfumedom is a fragrance supplier of scented products and candle making supplies. Manufacturing fragrances is a lengthy process which requires patience and attention to detail as each formula needs different sources of raw materials. Thus, in order to maintain the intergrity of our formulas, we supply and produce in small batches.
Processing
We aim to process and dispatch small orders (less than 2kgs per fragrance) within 1-3 working days, however this can vary depending on the season, on what we have in production at the time we receive your order, and the total weight of the products you have ordered.
Orders exceeding 5kgs per fragrance have a production estimate of 6-8 weeks. If stock levels permit we will inform you by email for estimated earlier dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery times are an estimate which provided to us by our courier agents. This is not an exact range, as delivery is depended by factors outside each transporter’s reach such as traffic, cross-border witholds, current workload, national holidays and the distance of the place of delivery to each courier main office. Thus, any delivery hold-ups must first be resolved with your local office prior to contacting us, as once the parcel has been dispatched it is no longer in our control.
Perfumedom cannot by any means be held accountable for any claims of delays if you are not willing to acknowledge, or have not read the above disclaimer which is also included in the Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to accept before placing an order on our website.
