This is not a perfume. It is a highly concentrated perfume oil designed for crafting end products such as candles, diffusers, perfumes, soaps, and other personal care items. Do not apply directly to the skin. All our fragrance oils are measured in grams, not milliliters. Bottle fill levels may vary due to differences in oil density, which affects volume.
Recommended usage guidelines
- Candles: 7%-12%
- Reed diffusers: 15%-25%
- Personal perfumes: 15%-20%
- Soaps: 1%-3%

Dark Bloom Perfume Oil includes a complex blend of highly discoloration-prone ingredients such as coumarin, ethyl maltol, ethyl vanillin, benzyl salicylate, anisaldehyde, and multiple aldehydes and salicylates. These materials are known to oxidize and yellow or brown over time, especially in exposed or light-colored bases. Even stabilizing components like Iso E Super and Cashmeran are not enough to offset the cumulative impact of these prone materials.
- Discoloration toward deep yellow, amber, or brown is likely over time.
- Ideal for moody, earthy, or jewel-toned products where darker color evolution aligns with the aesthetic.
- Not recommended for white or pastel applications, transparent soaps, or bright designs.
- Store in cool, airtight, and light-protected conditions to slow oxidation and preserve appearance.
Important considerations
We strongly recommend conducting your own tests, as performance may vary depending on the materials used and manufacturing conditions. Fragrance oils may not smell the same in their raw form as they do in a finished product. The recommended ratios serve as a general guide and should never replace your own testing. Ensuring compatibility and safe usage of your final product is your sole responsibility.
