It is a winter-driven lineup designed for brands that want their colder-season creations to feel rich, layered, and memorable. Each fragrance in this Edition is presented in the Discovery Bundle, where you gain access to the scents themselves as well as their production codes for future ordering.
Access, MOQ & Reordering
Fragrances presented within The Scent Stash are accessed exclusively through the seasonal Discovery Bundle. Purchasing the bundle provides both the fragrance samples and the official SKU codes required for future ordering. Once a fragrance code has been obtained, the fragrance may be ordered directly from us.
Bulk orders are available with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 5kg per fragrance. Production is carried out upon request (email). Standard lead time ranges between 3 and 8 weeks, depending on production scheduling and raw material availability.
There is no expiration on unlocked fragrances. Once a fragrance code has been obtained through the Discovery Bundle, that fragrance remains available for future reorders. Fragrance codes and ordering rights are reserved exclusively for customers who have purchased the corresponding Discovery Bundle.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS), IFRA Certificates of Conformity, and allergen declarations are available upon request or through the standard documentation channels provided to Perfumedom customers. Perfumedom supplies fragrance ingredients only. Responsibility for regulatory compliance of finished products, including cosmetic safety assessments, CLP classification of final mixtures, labeling, and market authorization, remains with the product manufacturer and their appointed Responsible Person. No additional compliance guarantees, product approvals, or finished-product assessments are issued beyond the documentation listed above.

The Scent Stash is structured for professional evaluation. The 50g format allows proper testing, formulation, and stability assessment before committing to production.

Once I obtain the fragrance codes, can I reorder the fragrances later?
