Fig and Jasmine Fragrance Oil
Fig and Jasmine Fragrance Oil is a balanced accord of intoxicating white florals and green fruity notes. The fragrance opes with ripe fig and pear notes, married with nectarous scents of jasmine, honeysuckle and ylang-ylang, while resting on a dry earthy base of amber, musk and vetiver.
- Top notes: Fig, pear
- Heart notes: Honeysuckle, jasmine, ylang ylang
- Base notes: Amber, vetiver, musk
Scent Profile: Floral/Fruity/Musky
Please note
This is not a perfume. It is a highly concentrated fragrance oil designed for crafting end products such as candles, diffusers, perfumes, soaps, and other personal care items. Do not apply directly to the skin. All our fragrance oils are measured in grams, not milliliters. Bottle fill levels may vary due to differences in oil density, which affects volume.
This material is supplied as a raw ingredient. Full compositional and allergen information is provided in the SDS and Allergen Declaration documents found in the “Related Documents” tab. Compliance of the final product remains the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Behavioral Profile
- Diffusion: Medium, smooth and elegant
- Texture: Green fruity florals with soft musky dryness
- Opening Impression: Ripe fig, fresh pear, and airy floral sweetness
- Structure: Juicy green-fruity opening settling into dry musky woods
- Character: Sophisticated, luminous and quietly sensual
Fig and Jasmine Fragrance Oil balances ripe fig sweetness with luminous white florals and dry musky woods. Benzyl Acetate and green salicylate materials shape the juicy fig-pear opening, while jasmine, honeysuckle, and ylang nuances soften the composition into a creamy floral heart supported by 2-Phenylethanol and soft musks. Subtle vetiver and amber notes keep the fragrance dry and elegant underneath the fruity sweetness. The result is a refined fruity-floral with smooth diffusion, airy freshness, and a distinctly modern green-musky character.

Discoloration Potential: Light
Fig and Jasmine Fragrance Oil contains terpenes and aldehydes that allow for mild oxidation over time, but the strong, clear ester backbone minimizes fast or severe darkening. Only slow, slight yellowing expected.
- Slight yellowing may develop gradually, especially with prolonged storage, light, or air exposure.
- Very suitable for pale-toned or clear products where minimal visual change is important.
- Storage recommendations: cool, dark, and airtight to maintain clarity and freshness as long as possible.
Application Compatibility
This fragrance is oil-soluble and designed for use in oil-based and alcohol-based formulations. It does not mix directly with water-based systems without the use of an appropriate solubilizer.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark, and airtight environment to preserve stability and minimize oxidation over time.
Usage & Performance
Fragrance performance varies depending on the base, formulation, and production conditions. Cold throw, hot throw, diffusion strength, and longevity are influenced by the materials used and the manufacturing process.
A typical development process involves:
- Initial scent evaluation (10g sample)
- Small batch testing (e.g. 50g scale)
- Full-scale production once performance is validated
Testing under your specific conditions is standard practice in product development. Evaluation at each stage is required prior to scaling.
Recommended usage guidelines
- Candles: 7%-12%
- Reed diffusers: 15%-25%
- Personal perfumes: 10%-15%

First time trying a mix with the Jasmine fragrance can still smell the Jasmine but with a bit of undertones of what I would describe as a Christmas tree smell

Fig yes, jasmine yes, and ylang-ylang also very present. A very pleasant fruity and flowery combination

Diverse, complex and organic scent. I was afraid it would be too chemical but it just blew my mind from the first smell

It smells quite natural, and has great cold and hot throw. Best of all 12 testers I ordered. Used it in soy wax.

Personally I couldn’t smell the fig but others did. The jasmine note is amazing though.

I don’t really like this scent, but I think it’s because I don’t really like the smell of jasmine, which feels good here, but if you like jasmine notes, you should like this scent

a good floral option. A nice jasmine scent with notes of fig. I recommend!

A very potent fragrance. The jasmine comes true strongly, with fig being somewhere in the background. Floral scent but with a twist, which I really like.

The first part you smell is the green of the wild fig. Don’t expect a flowery scent, because you can barely smell the jasmine. Still a lovely, herb blend.

Good smell but not amazing

It’s okay, but I was not impressed with this oil. I could neither smell jasmine nor fig; it’s more like a herbal blend.

Herbaceous, it’s good but I wouldn’t say exceptional
