*Discoloration Potential: Light

Although oxidation-prone terpenes and aldehydes are present, the stabilizing esters and alcohols mitigate aggressive discoloration. Mild yellowing can occur, but severe darkening is unlikely.

• A gentle deepening of the yellow hue can happen with time, particularly under exposure to light, air, or heat.
• Ideal for light-colored product bases where a slight warmth over time won’t cause aesthetic problems.
• Cool, dark, tightly sealed storage will slow oxidation and help maintain visual clarity.
