Myrrh and Tonka Fragrance Oil is a premium balsamic blend of warm myrrh and sweet tonka that produces a silky smooth and embracing aroma. The middle notes which host our precious myrrh are perfectly combined with soft florals and balsam, while the base features one of the most elegant and luxurious accords of vanilla, tonka and leather. A fragrance that is ideal for Christmas and also for all your winter themed scented creations!

This is not a perfume. It is a highly concentrated fragrance oil designed for crafting end products such as candles, diffusers, perfumes, soaps, and other personal care items. Do not apply directly to the skin.

All our fragrance oils are measured in grams, not milliliters. Bottle fill levels may vary due to differences in oil density, which affects volume.

Recommended usage guidelines

Candles: 7%-12%

Reed diffusers: 20%-30%

Personal perfumes: 10%-15%

Soaps: 1%-3%

*Discoloration potential: Heavy

The formula contains a rich blend of vanillin-type ingredients, aldehydes, and resins — all of which are well-documented discoloration risks, especially in soap and white wax.

• You can expect visible darkening (yellow → amber → brown), especially in white soap, candle wax, or clear cosmetic products.
• Ideal for use in warm-toned, amber, or luxurious aesthetics where deepening enhances the story.
• Not suitable for crystal-clear or bright-white applications unless discoloration is masked or embraced.
• Store in cool, dark, airtight containers to slow the oxidation process — though discoloration is expected with time.

Important considerations

We strongly recommend conducting your own tests, as performance may vary depending on the materials used and manufacturing conditions.

Fragrance oils may not smell the same in their raw form as they do in a finished product.

The recommended ratios serve as a general guide and should never replace your own testing. Ensuring compatibility and safe usage of your final product is your sole responsibility.

Regulatory compliance

All SDS and CLP certifications are prepared by a professional CLP labeling company, reviewed annually for accuracy. Always handle fragrances in accordance with these documents and check for the latest version when reordering.

EU Regulation on UFI Declaration

As of January 1, 2025, EU regulations require the inclusion of the fragrance Unique Formula Identifier (UFI) on the labeling of all scented products sold within the EU. Rest assured, all of our fragrance oils come with an SDS (Safety Data Sheet) file that includes this UFI number.

Testing for Compatibility

Prior to incorporating our fragrances in your products always test a small batch to ensure compatibility with the other ingredients in your formulation. We strongly recommend purchasing a test bottle (10g) prior to committing to a larger volume. We cannot take responsibility for large orders made without prior testing.
