Please note

This is not a perfume. It is a highly concentrated fragrance oil designed for crafting end products such as candles, diffusers, perfumes, soaps, and other personal care items. Do not apply directly to the skin. All our fragrance oils are measured in grams, not milliliters. Bottle fill levels may vary due to differences in oil density, which affects volume.

This material is supplied as a raw ingredient. Full compositional and allergen information is provided in the SDS and Allergen Declaration documents found in the “Related Documents” tab. Compliance of the final product remains the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Packaging note: 10g testers are supplied in PET bottles for affordable evaluation and are not intended for long-term archival storage. Production sizes from 50g upwards are supplied in premium aluminium bottles for improved long-term protection. Read more

Behavioral Profile

  • Diffusion: Strong, led by Galaxolide, Iso E Super, and fresh fruity materials.
  • Texture: Juicy, musky, lactonic, and softly floral.
  • Opening Impression: Bergamot, mandarin, peach, and green fruit.
  • Structure: Fruity-floral body over musk, woods, and vetiver.
  • Character: Bright, summery, clean, and cheerful.

Sunlit Nectarine Fragrance Oil is built around a bright fruity-musky structure where Galaxolide, Gamma-Undecalactone, Bergamot oil, and Florol create the main juicy stone-fruit signature. Iso E Super, macrocyclic musk, Helional, and vetiver materials keep the base clean, airy, and polished. The result is a radiant fruity floral with peach-nectarine juiciness, citrus-green sparkle, and a smooth musky-vetiver finish.

Discoloration Potential: Moderate

Sunlit Nectarine Fragrance Oil contains several oxidation-prone fruity and citrus materials including gamma-Undecalactone (2.5–10%), Bergamot oil (2.5–10%), linalyl acetate (2.5–10%), helional, hexyl salicylate, and allyl amyl glycolate. While it does not contain major browning agents such as vanillin, ethyl vanillin, coumarin, or cinnamaldehyde, the combination of citrus terpenes, aldehydes, lactones, and natural oils can gradually oxidize and lead to yellowing over time.

  • Mild to moderate yellowing or ambering may develop gradually over time.
  • Suitable for most colored, cream, peach, or naturally tinted applications.
  • May not be ideal for bright white or crystal-clear bases where maximum color stability is required.

Application Compatibility

This fragrance is oil-soluble and designed for use in oil-based and alcohol-based formulations. It does not mix directly with water-based systems without the use of an appropriate solubilizer.

Storage

Store in a cool, dark, and airtight environment to slow oxidation and color shift.

Usage & Performance

Fragrance performance varies depending on the base, formulation, and production conditions. Cold throw, hot throw, diffusion strength, and longevity are influenced by the materials used and the manufacturing process.

A typical development process involves:

  • Initial scent evaluation (10g sample)
  • Small batch testing (e.g. 50g scale)
  • Full-scale production once performance is validated

Testing under your specific conditions is standard practice in product development. Evaluation at each stage is required prior to scaling.

Recommended usage guidelines

  • Candles: 7%-12%
  • Reed diffusers: 15%-25%
  • Personal perfumes: 10%-15%
  • Soaps: 1%-3%

These ranges reflect typical formulation practices and are provided for general guidance only. They do not represent maximum permitted levels.
