Powdery Molecule

Powdery molecules are aroma chemicals that add soft, dry and velvety textures to a fragrance. Depending on the material, they may suggest violet, iris, cosmetic powder, clean skin, almond, vanilla or smooth musky notes. Perfumers use powdery molecules to soften sharp edges, create elegant cosmetic effects and add comfort and refinement to floral, woody, amber and musky accords.
