Cognac and Praline Fragrance Oil
Cognac and Praline Fragrance Oil is an ultra refined blend pairing two unique notes; aged cognac and nutty praline into one premium and highly captivating gourmand scent. The spicy heart accord of oak and cinnamon further enhances the fiery character of cognac, while the smooth, creamy base of tonka, amber and sandalwood offers a velvety texture to the entire composition.
Scent profile: Woody/Spicy/Gourmand
Please note
This is not a perfume. It is a highly concentrated fragrance oil designed for crafting end products such as candles, diffusers, perfumes, soaps, and other personal care items. Do not apply directly to the skin.
All our fragrance oils are measured in grams, not milliliters. Bottle fill levels may vary due to differences in oil density, which affects volume.

*Discoloration potential: Heavy
The combination of vanillin, coumarin, caramelic notes, and spicy aldehydes ensures deepening and browning, especially in pale or white products. The base tone is already dark.
- Discoloration is inevitable — from amber to dark brown over time, particularly in soap, wax, or clear applications.
- Best suited for deep-toned or rustic-themed products (e.g. woodsy, dessert, or boozy aesthetics).
- Strongly discouraged for white, pastel, or translucent applications unless the darkening is intended.
- Store cool and sealed, though the formula is naturally prone to oxidation-induced darkening.
Important considerations
We strongly recommend conducting your own tests, as performance may vary depending on the materials used and manufacturing conditions.
Fragrance oils may not smell the same in their raw form as they do in a finished product.
The recommended ratios serve as a general guide and should never replace your own testing. Ensuring compatibility and safe usage of your final product is your sole responsibility.
Regulatory compliance
All SDS and CLP certifications are prepared by a professional CLP labeling company, reviewed annually for accuracy. Always handle fragrances in accordance with these documents and check for the latest version when reordering.
EU Regulation on UFI Declaration
As of January 1, 2025, EU regulations require the inclusion of the fragrance Unique Formula Identifier (UFI) on the labeling of all scented products sold within the EU. Rest assured, all of our fragrance oils come with an SDS (Safety Data Sheet) file that includes this UFI number.
Testing for Compatibility
Prior to incorporating our fragrances in your products always test a small batch to ensure compatibility with the other ingredients in your formulation. We strongly recommend purchasing a test bottle (10g) prior to committing to a larger volume. We cannot take responsibility for large orders made without prior testing.
Scent Perception Disclaimer
While we do our best to accurately describe each fragrance, please note that scent perceptions are subjective and can differ. We cannot be held responsible for any misconceptions regarding the scent description. Always ensure you’re satisfied with the fragrance in a smaller test order before committing to larger volumes.
Order processing times

One of the best scents. I made candles for friends, absolutely everyone wanted it. I would give 10 stars if possible!

I usually don’t buy “pre-mixed” fragrances, so to speak. However, I decided to take a leap and purchase this one, as I hadn’t seen a cognac fragrance before. I am really glad I took this chance, because it smells great and the praline scent is not overpowering. I will probably be using it in a soap batch soon.
