Rose Impériale Perfume Oil

Please note
This is not a perfume. It is a highly concentrated perfume oil designed for crafting end products such as candles, diffusers, perfumes, soaps, and other personal care items. Do not apply directly to the skin. All our fragrance oils are measured in grams, not milliliters. Bottle fill levels may vary due to differences in oil density, which affects volume.
This material is supplied as a raw ingredient. Full compositional and allergen information is provided in the SDS and Allergen Declaration documents found in the “Related Documents” tab. Compliance of the final product remains the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Discoloration potential: Light
Rose Impériale Perfume Oil is composed primarily of musks, woody ambers, and modern floral materials such as Iso E Super, macrocyclic musks, and floral ketones, without significant levels of classic discoloration drivers like vanillin, ethyl vanillin, coumarin, cinnamaldehyde, or balsamic resinoids. The few terpene materials present (limonene, linalyl acetate, pinene, linalool) occur only at trace levels (<1%) and contribute little to long-term color change.
- Only slight yellowing may occur over extended storage or prolonged exposure to air and light.
- Well suited for white, pastel, blush pink, and transparent formulations where good color stability is desired.
- Significant ambering or browning is not expected under normal storage conditions.
Application Compatibility
This fragrance is oil-soluble and designed for use in oil-based and alcohol-based formulations. It does not mix directly with water-based systems without the use of an appropriate solubilizer.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark, and airtight environment to preserve stability and minimize oxidation over time.
Usage & Performance
Fragrance performance varies depending on the base, formulation, and production conditions. Cold throw, hot throw, diffusion strength, and longevity are influenced by the materials used and the manufacturing process.
A typical development process involves:
- Initial scent evaluation (10g sample)
- Small batch testing (e.g. 50g scale)
- Full-scale production once performance is validated
Testing under your specific conditions is standard practice in product development. Evaluation at each stage is required prior to scaling.
Recommended usage guidelines
- Candles: 7%-12%
- Reed diffusers: 15%-25%
- Personal perfumes: 10%-15%
