Although Blood Orange and Pomelo Fragrance Oil is stabilized somewhat by esters, the high content of reactive terpenes and aldehydes makes gradual yellowing and ambering highly probable.
- Noticeable yellowing and eventual deepening toward amber-orange shades are expected over time, particularly under heat, air, or light exposure.
- Best suited for warm-toned or colorful product bases (such as oranges, corals, yellows) where this natural darkening won’t conflict with aesthetics.
- Strongly recommended to store cool, dark, and airtight to slow down oxidation effects.
