We have chosen to keep our review system close to the products themselves. Instead of actively building a rating on a third-party platform, we collect feedback directly from customers on Perfumedom.com, where other makers can see how a specific material performed in real use. We do not filter out critical feedback and we do not reward customers for leaving positive reviews. Our priority is useful, product-specific experience rather than simply building a high external score.
No. We do not offer discounts, rewards, free products or any other incentive in exchange for reviews. Feedback should reflect the customer’s genuine experience with the product.
