Black Pepper and Musk contains several oxidation-prone woody and spicy materials including benzyl benzoate, Iso E Super, Acetyl cedrene (Vertofix), patchouli oil, cedarwood oil, eugenol, beta-ionone, and citrus terpenes such as limonene and lemon oil. While the formula lacks strong browning drivers like vanillin or cinnamaldehyde, the combination of woody fixatives, spice materials, and terpenic oils can gradually deepen in tone over time.
- Mild to moderate yellowing or ambering may develop gradually over time.
- Suitable for darker, earthy, woody, or masculine-themed products where slight color shift is acceptable.
- Use caution in white, pastel, or transparent bases where visual clarity is important.
Application Compatibility
