While most of the formula is stable, the presence of vanillin-type aldehydes and azulenes introduces a real risk of visible yellowing and mild browning over time under poor storage conditions.
- Gradual yellowing or light browning over time is expected if exposed to air, heat, or UV light.
- More visible in soaps (especially cold process) and clear or light-colored waxes.
- Candles and diffusers should remain mostly fine for several months but could show deeper tones with longer aging.
Application Compatibility
This fragrance is oil-soluble and designed for use in oil-based and alcohol-based formulations. It does not mix directly with water-based systems without the use of an appropriate solubilizer.
