- Base notes: Sandalwood, oud, musk
Scent Profile: Floral/Woody/Fruity
Please note
This is not a perfume. It is a highly concentrated fragrance oil designed for crafting end products such as candles, diffusers, perfumes, soaps, and other personal care items. Do not apply directly to the skin. All our fragrance oils are measured in grams, not milliliters. Bottle fill levels may vary due to differences in oil density, which affects volume.
This material is supplied as a raw ingredient. Full compositional and allergen information is provided in the SDS and Allergen Declaration documents found in the “Related Documents” tab. Compliance of the final product remains the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Behavioral Profile
- Diffusion: Medium–high, airy and radiant
- Texture: Creamy tropical florals with juicy citrus freshness
- Opening Impression: Floral blast with soft peach nectar
- Structure: Bright citrus-fruity opening flowing into creamy white florals and musky woods
- Character: Feminine, optimistic and softly exotic
Frangipani and Lime Fragrance Oil balances sparkling lime and yuzu freshness with creamy tropical florals and soft woody musks. Benzyl Benzoate, salicylate materials, and Hydroxycitronellal give the fragrance a smooth solar floral body, while subtle sandalwood and oud nuances keep the composition refined rather than overly sweet. The result is a fresh tropical floral with elegant diffusion, creamy softness, and an uplifting resort-like character.

Discoloration Potential: Moderate
Despite the presence of a stable fixative (benzyl benzoate) in Frangipani and Lime Fragrance Oil, the high terpene and aldehyde content drives gradual oxidation, resulting in noticeable yellowing or ambering, especially under heat, light, or air exposure.
- Over time, yellowing and eventual light ambering are fairly likely, especially if exposed to light or stored for extended periods.
- Best suited for warm-toned product bases (e.g., light beige, pastel yellow, or soft coral shades) where gradual color shifts will not clash visually.
- Recommend storing in cool, dark conditions with minimal air exposure to slow oxidation.
Application Compatibility
This fragrance is oil-soluble and designed for use in oil-based and alcohol-based formulations. It does not mix directly with water-based systems without the use of an appropriate solubilizer.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark, and airtight environment to preserve stability and minimize oxidation over time.
Usage & Performance
Fragrance performance varies depending on the base, formulation, and production conditions. Cold throw, hot throw, diffusion strength, and longevity are influenced by the materials used and the manufacturing process.
A typical development process involves:
- Initial scent evaluation (10g sample)
- Small batch testing (e.g. 50g scale)
- Full-scale production once performance is validated
Testing under your specific conditions is standard practice in product development. Evaluation at each stage is required prior to scaling.
Recommended usage guidelines
- Candles: 7%-12%
- Reed diffusers: 15%-25%
- Personal perfumes: 10%-15%
- Soaps: 1%-3%
These ranges reflect typical formulation practices and are provided for general guidance only. They do not represent maximum permitted levels.

Again I didn’t really like this scent because the floral frangipani smell is good, I don’t really like floral scents

This is all spring to me: white narcissus & frangipani – pure flower scent (I don’t smell lime or it is too subtle) without being intoxicating.
wickers.info (verified owner) –
I only smell frangipani. The lime must be subtle.

A very lovely flowery scent. For those who prefer an exotic flower scent, you should go for this. It is not very citrus-y, so you can’t smell the lime part that good. Still a good blend.
