Petrichor Fragrance Oil is an atmospheric woody-aquatic composition structured around modern amber diffusion materials and humid mineral accords. Rather than relying on strong ozonic or marine notes, the fragrance recreates the sensation of rain through transparent woody ambers, airy alcohol-based freshness, and soft musky humidity. The earthy impression comes primarily from the interaction between amberwoods, patchouli nuances, and mineral aquatic materials rather than heavy soil notes. Subtle gourmand undertones in the base soften the composition and give it a refined perfume-like finish. Discoloration Potential: Moderate
Petrichor Fragrance Oil contains several oxidation-prone aroma materials, various terpenic alcohols, macrocyclic musks, and trace aldehydic components. While it does not contain heavy balsams, vanillin, cinnamaldehyde, or dark resinoids, the presence of terpene derivatives and aquatic-woody molecules may gradually deepen in tone with exposure to air, heat, or light.
- Slight yellowing or soft ambering may develop over time.
- Generally safe for light beige, earthy, or muted-toned applications.
- Use caution in bright white or crystal-clear bases where long-term clarity is essential.
Application Compatibility
This fragrance is oil-soluble and designed for use in oil-based and alcohol-based formulations. It does not mix directly with water-based systems without the use of an appropriate solubilizer.

Bulk orders are produced in multipliers of 5 (5kg, 10kg, 15kg, etc.) and lead times vary depending on fragrance and time of the year, usually within the range of 3 to 8 weeks.
