Please note
This is not a perfume. It is a highly concentrated fragrance oil designed for crafting end products such as candles, diffusers, perfumes, soaps, and other personal care items. Do not apply directly to the skin. All our fragrance oils are measured in grams, not milliliters. Bottle fill levels may vary due to differences in oil density, which affects volume.
This material is supplied as a raw ingredient. Full compositional and allergen information is provided in the SDS and Allergen Declaration documents found in the “Related Documents” tab. Compliance of the final product remains the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Behavioral Profile
- Diffusion: Medium–high, cool and expansive
- Texture: Dry-resinous with earthy woody smoothness
- Opening Impression: Cold violet-birch freshness with aromatic sharpness
- Structure: Strong woody backbone with balsamic resin depth
- Character: Atmospheric, forest-like, elegant and slightly smoky
Siberian Woodlands Fragrance Oil is a woody-resinous forest composition structured around cedar ethers, guaiacwood oil, and earthy balsamic materials. The fragrance emphasizes coolness and atmospheric depth rather than warmth, opening with a sharp aromatic freshness before unfolding into dry woods, smoky resins, and mossy undertones. Modern cedar molecules provide expansive projection and a polished woody texture, while patchouli and oakmoss nuances recreate the damp forest-floor realism beneath the cleaner coniferous structure. The result is a sophisticated woodland fragrance with strong environmental character and excellent woody persistence.

Discoloration Potential: Moderate
Several oxidation-prone woody and resinous ingredients in Siberian Woodlands fragrance oil, combined with aldehydes and essential oils, make color change over time likely.
- Yellowing and ambering are expected as the product ages, particularly with exposure to light, heat, or oxygen.
- Ideal for deep-toned or earth-themed product lines (e.g., brown candles, beige/tan soaps) where discoloration is less noticeable or even desirable.
- For best results, store in cool, sealed, and light-protected containers and rotate stock frequently.
Application Compatibility
This fragrance is oil-soluble and designed for use in oil-based and alcohol-based formulations. It does not mix directly with water-based systems without the use of an appropriate solubilizer.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark, and airtight environment to preserve stability and minimize oxidation over time.
Usage & Performance
Fragrance performance varies depending on the base, formulation, and production conditions. Cold throw, hot throw, diffusion strength, and longevity are influenced by the materials used and the manufacturing process.
A typical development process involves:
- Initial scent evaluation (10g sample)
- Small batch testing (e.g. 50g scale)
- Full-scale production once performance is validated
Testing under your specific conditions is standard practice in product development. Evaluation at each stage is required prior to scaling.
Recommended usage guidelines
- Candles: 7%-12%
- Reed diffusers: 15%-25%
- Personal perfumes: 10%-15%
- Soaps: 1%-3%
These ranges reflect typical formulation practices and are provided for general guidance only. They do not represent maximum permitted levels.
