Please note
This is not a perfume. It is a highly concentrated fragrance oil designed for crafting end products such as candles, diffusers, perfumes, soaps, and other personal care items. Do not apply directly to the skin. All our fragrance oils are measured in grams, not milliliters. Bottle fill levels may vary due to differences in oil density, which affects volume.
Recommended usage guidelines
- Candles: 7%-12%
- Reed diffusers: 15%-25%
- Personal perfumes: 10%-15%
- Soaps: 1%-3%
These percentages are indicative. For specific usage limits, please refer to the Xmas Spice Galore Fragrance Oil IFRA file included in the “Related Documents” tab.
*Discoloration potential: Heavy
Xmas Spice Galore Fragrance Oil contains a high concentration of cinnamaldehyde, coumarin, anisaldehyde, and multiple cinnamic derivatives and phenolic ethers such as methyl iso eugenol and eugenyl acetate. These materials are highly prone to oxidation and polymerization, often leading to deep amber or reddish-brown discoloration over time. The aldehydic and balsamic content further increases the likelihood of visual instability.
- Discoloration toward amber or reddish-brown is very likely, especially in warm or light-exposed conditions.
- Ideal for festive, gourmand, or rustic-themed products where such hues are aesthetically appropriate.
- Not recommended for clear, pastel, or white formulations where color preservation is important.
- Store in a cool, dark, and airtight environment to slow oxidative degradation.
Important considerations
We strongly recommend conducting your own tests, as performance may vary depending on the materials used and manufacturing conditions. Fragrance oils may not smell the same in their raw form as they do in a finished product. The recommended ratios serve as a general guide and should never replace your own testing. Ensuring compatibility and safe usage of your final product is your sole responsibility.
Prior to incorporating our fragrances in your products always test a small batch to ensure compatibility with the other ingredients in your formulation. We strongly recommend purchasing a test bottle (10g) prior to committing to a larger volume. We cannot take responsibility for large orders made without prior testing.
Scent Perception Disclaimer
While we do our best to accurately describe each fragrance, please note that scent perceptions are subjective and can differ. We cannot be held responsible for any misconceptions regarding the scent description. Always ensure you’re satisfied with the fragrance in a smaller test order before committing to larger volumes.
