- Heart notes: Gardenia, carnation, rose, heliotrope, lilac
- Base notes: Balsam, amber, oakmoss

Please note
This is not a perfume. It is a highly concentrated fragrance oil designed for crafting end products such as candles, diffusers, perfumes, soaps, and other personal care items. Do not apply directly to the skin. All our fragrance oils are measured in grams, not milliliters. Bottle fill levels may vary due to differences in oil density, which affects volume.
This material is supplied as a raw ingredient. Full compositional and allergen information is provided in the SDS and Allergen Declaration documents found in the “Related Documents” tab. Compliance of the final product remains the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Behavioral Profile
- Diffusion: Medium, soft and expanding
- Texture: Smooth, slightly creamy with a fresh green lift
- Opening Impression: Herbal-citrus freshness with a soft floral rise
- Structure: Carrier-supported with a blended multi-floral core
- Character: Natural, balanced, and slightly creamy with a gentle evolution
Provence Garden Fragrance Oil is a carrier-supported floral composition built on a phenethyl–terpene structure that emphasizes naturalness and blend cohesion. The floral core is softened and rounded by a relatively high carrier phase, allowing multiple floral facets to merge seamlessly rather than compete. Green and fruity nuances provide freshness and lift, while subtle balsamic elements add warmth and depth. The result is a well-integrated, garden-style bouquet with smooth diffusion and a balanced, natural profile.

Discoloration Potential: Light
Provence Garden fragrance oil has a dominant stable base with low to moderate levels of oxidation-prone terpenoids and citruses; slight yellowing expected but slow and mild.
- Gradual, slight yellowing or deepening of the light yellow base could occur over time, particularly if exposed to light, air, or heat.
- In candles, soaps, and diffusers, appearance should remain fresh and attractive for many months, with only minor variations.
- Sealed, cool, and dark storage will maximize shelf life and help preserve the original color.
Application Compatibility
This fragrance is oil-soluble and designed for use in oil-based and alcohol-based formulations. It does not mix directly with water-based systems without the use of an appropriate solubilizer.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark, and airtight environment to preserve stability and minimize oxidation over time.
Usage & Performance
Fragrance performance varies depending on the base, formulation, and production conditions. Cold throw, hot throw, diffusion strength, and longevity are influenced by the materials used and the manufacturing process.
A typical development process involves:
- Initial scent evaluation (10g sample)
- Small batch testing (e.g. 50g scale)
- Full-scale production once performance is validated
Testing under your specific conditions is standard practice in product development. Evaluation at each stage is required prior to scaling.
Recommended usage guidelines
- Candles: 7%-12%
- Reed diffusers: 15%-25%
- Personal perfumes: 10%-15%
- Soaps: 1%-3%
These ranges reflect typical formulation practices and are provided for general guidance only. They do not represent maximum permitted levels.

Great fragrance, floral and green. Ideal for CP soapmaking: Does not accelerate and gives plenty of time for swirls. There is no discoloration. No separation. No ricing.
