This is not a perfume. It is a highly concentrated fragrance oil designed for crafting end products such as candles, diffusers, perfumes, soaps, and other personal care items. Do not apply directly to the skin. All our fragrance oils are measured in grams, not milliliters. Bottle fill levels may vary due to differences in oil density, which affects volume.
This material is supplied as a raw ingredient. Full compositional and allergen information is provided in the SDS and Allergen Declaration documents found in the “Related Documents” tab. Compliance of the final product remains the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Behavioral Profile
- Diffusion: Medium–high, airy and radiant
- Texture: Dewy florals with soft musky freshness
- Opening Impression: Fresh lily petals, bergamot zest, and green fern leaves
- Structure: Crisp floral-green opening settling into soft woody musks
- Character: Elegant, delicate and timelessly feminine
Lily of the Valley Fragrance Oil recreates the elegance of traditional muguet perfumery through a highly floral-green structure rich in Hexyl Cinnamal, Phenethyl Alcohol, Geraniol, Linalool, and fresh floral musks. Fern notes, bergamot, lilac, narcissus, tuberose, and delicate leafy accords create a luminous spring-like opening, while soft musks and subtle vetiver facets keep the composition clean, airy, and refined throughout the drydown. Indole traces add realism and depth to the white floral heart without making the fragrance heavy or indolic. The result is a graceful floral fragrance with radiant freshness, elegant diffusion, and a distinctly classic muguet character.

Discoloration potential: Light
Lily of the Valley fragrance oil contains several low- to mid-risk aldehydes and terpene esters that may yellow subtly over time, but lacks heavy resinous or highly unstable components.
- A soft yellowing may develop gradually, especially when exposed to light or high temperatures.
- Best suited for pale-toned bases where a touch of warmth is acceptable (e.g. off-white, ivory).
- Less ideal for crystal-clear or stark white applications if pristine brightness is essential.
Application Compatibility
This fragrance is oil-soluble and designed for use in oil-based and alcohol-based formulations. It does not mix directly with water-based systems without the use of an appropriate solubilizer.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark, and airtight environment to preserve stability and minimize oxidation over time.
Usage & Performance
Fragrance performance varies depending on the base, formulation, and production conditions. Cold throw, hot throw, diffusion strength, and longevity are influenced by the materials used and the manufacturing process.
A typical development process involves:
- Initial scent evaluation (10g sample)
- Small batch testing (e.g. 50g scale)
- Full-scale production once performance is validated
Testing under your specific conditions is standard practice in product development. Evaluation at each stage is required prior to scaling.
Recommended usage guidelines
- Candles: 7%-12%
- Reed diffusers: 15%-25%
- Personal perfumes: 10%-15%
- Soaps: 1%-3%
These ranges reflect typical formulation practices and are provided for general guidance only. They do not represent maximum permitted levels.

One might think that Lily of the Valley is a soft, flowery scent. Indeed, it is flowery, but very strong. Used it in candles and room sprays. Was very intense, still not that what I expected. Can recommend to everyone, who wants an intense flower based scent. (Oil came in a dark brown tone, but candles turned white anyways. So don’t be afraid of this).

Strong and almost hypnotizing! Recommend 100%
