Unforeseen Perfume Oil contains multiple aldehydes (e.g., alpha-hexylcinnamaldehyde, helional), sweet aromatic materials (e.g., benzyl salicylate, coumarin), and a complex blend of essential oils. While these ingredients can gradually oxidize and cause yellowing or ambering over time, the overall base lacks strong balsams or heavy vanillin derivatives, placing it in the moderate discoloration category.
- Discoloration toward soft amber or warm yellow may occur with time.
- Best suited for tinted, golden, or natural-toned formulations where slight color change isn’t an issue.
- May not be ideal for snow-white, pastel, or transparent products unless color shift is acceptable.
Application Compatibility
This fragrance is oil-soluble and designed for use in oil-based and alcohol-based formulations. It does not mix directly with water-based systems without the use of an appropriate solubilizer.
