Its scent is not waxy or soapy in the heavy old-school aldehyde way; it feels cleaner, airier, and more transparent, with a delicate floral freshness that can brighten a composition very quickly. It is especially useful for making florals, musks, and marine-clean accords feel more lifted and polished. Used carefully, it gives a refined “fresh air around flowers” effect without overwhelming the formula.

In small amounts, it can also modernise classic floral structures without making them smell aggressively aquatic.

Use Floralozone Aroma Molecule with Hedione MDJ and Helional for a transparent watery floral accord. Pair it with Galaxolide 50 DPG for a clean laundry-floral direction. Stability & Handling

Floralozone should be stored tightly sealed, preferably under nitrogen, at ambient temperature not exceeding 18°C, away from prolonged exposure to light, humidity, heat, and air. It is supplied as a colourless liquid, so no pre-warming or pre-dilution is normally required before use. The SDS notes that it should be kept away from strong acids, oxidising agents, and alkali metals. Its discoloration potential is considered low to moderate: the material is colourless, but aldehydic materials may shift in odour or colour with oxidation, heat, and long storage. Testing is recommended in white waxes, clear bases, pale soaps, and pastel formulations.
